Job Description

Job title : Medical Assembler

Client : Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Brooklyn Park, MN 55445

Shift : 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Description:

Assemble medical devices on multiple product lines.
Follow work instructions and quality procedures.
Complete production and Device History Records.
Read and follow written manufacturing instructions.
Cross-train on different assembly operations.
Assist with training new assemblers.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Report material shortages to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow GMP, GDP, and clean room procedures.
Work overtime or varying shifts as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-2 years of medical device or ISO assembly experience.
2-3 years of assembly experience without a diploma.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Basic math and computer skills.
Able to work in a clean room environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Medical device manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Lean Manufacturing.
Experience using microscopes and measuring tools.
Familiarity with soldering irons, ultrasonic welders, and test equipment.
Basic Microsoft Windows proficiency.
