We innovate to create new beverages, like our Nature’s Twist refreshing lemonade line, and we continuously expand our beverage portfolio to bring you and our customers joy.**What We Look for in Team Members**We integrity, teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and communication in all we do and expect from all team members.We’d love to receive your application and talk with you about your interest in the position if the overview below describes you.**Maintenance Supervisor Role Overview**Oversees day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.**Day-to-Day Responsibilities*** Assigns PM’s, checks PM completion and tracks PM completion rates.* Manages and directs daily activities to Mechanics and Parts Clerk.* Ensures all safety standards, policies and procedures are followed.* Schedules maintenance employees according to workloads, vacations, etc.* Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipates and solves problems in a timely manner, and identifies opportunities for improvement.* Responsible for Food Safety where applicable.* Works with maintenance team to adhere to budget costs.* Creates department procedures and facilitates training.* Other duties as assigned.**Required Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED required.* Five (5) years maintenance experience required.* Four (4) years of supervisory experience required.* Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training required.* Good leadership skills required.* Good oral and written communication skills required.* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Must be able to communicate with highly skilled technicians.* Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems.* Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.**Compensation and Benefits**As part of your total compensation package, you will also receive the following benefits:* Paid time off, including holidays, vacation days, personal days, parental leave, and bereavement leave* 401(k) with a company match* Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as supplemental health plan options, including accident, critical illness, and hospitalization* Saving and spending accounts* Company-paid telemedicine services* Free counseling and information services* Wellness program* Company-paid life insurance* Company-paid disability coverage* Adoption assistance* Education assistance* Legal service plan option* Pay advance optionUnfortunately, we will be unable to offer visa sponsorships to candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
