Peckar & Abramson, P.C., a nationally recognized law firm, is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join its River Edge, New Jersey office. This position is well suited for a lawyer with 4–8 years of litigation experience, or equivalent clerkship experience, who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility in sophisticated commercial disputes.
\n \nSuccessful candidates will bring strong legal judgment, initiative, and a genuine commitment to litigation. The ideal candidate will have:
\nExperience with labor and employment matters is preferred, but not required.
\n \nCandidates must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted in New Jersey. New York admission is a plus.

\n \nFor candidates who will be working or residing in New Jersey if selected for the position, the listed salary range is $160,000–$210,000. Final compensation will be determined based on internal salary guidelines, market benchmarks, relevant skills and experience, educational qualifications, and certifications.
